Black tea is suitable to drink in the morning. It is mild, and you may drink it at breakfast, or after breakfast. Drinking some black tea in the morning can promote blood circulation, eliminate cold, and refresh our mind.
In the afternoon, green tea or white tea is great options. According to the Chinese traditional medical science, the liver in our body will bear more workload after lunch – it’s called “liver fire” or “liver heat”. Green tea has antipyretic effect and white tea can cool down your body as well. So, drinking green tea and white tea can make us feel relieved and refreshed in the afternoon.
Dark tea and black tea in the evening can be great beneficial to health. After dinner, there will be a lot of greasy stuff left in our body. And a cup of dark tea or black tea will help to break down the accumulated fat and help digestion. Dark tea and black tea have least influence on our sleep.
