The first one is Oriental Beauty which is also called Baihao oolong. Its name Oriental Beauty was given by the Queen Alexandrina Victoria from the UK. Originated in Taiwan, the tea leaf must be bitten by a kind of insect called leafhopper. After being bitten by the leafhopper, the saliva of the insects will chemically react with the substances in tea, thus forming a fascinating fruity aroma.
